Photochemical vapor deposition (photo-CVD) is a recent offshoot of CVD that influences the rate and products of the deposition process with light. Introducing visible, ultraviolet, or vacuum ultraviolet photons to the CVD reactor opens new possibilities for reducing film growth temperatures and for producing novel materials. The purpose of this book is to provide an overview of photochemical vapor deposition, with emphasis on the versatility of this new technique for growing metal, dielectric and semiconductor films. Applications receiving special attention include the photodeposition of dielectric films for the fabrication of VLSI devices and the growth of amorphous hydrogenated silicon for photovoltaic applications. Introductory material describing the basic principles underlying photo-CVD is the subject of the first two chapters. This is a very great quality map. I love how it is water proof and tear resistant. We cannot wait to use it next summer on our trip. I like how there is contact information on it for different resources in the state including game and fish, state parks, and land management.

I love the Trails Illustrated maps. The right level of detail for me. Distances between junctions, basic topo, campgrounds.

I much prefer Sky Terrain Maps but there isn't one available for the Santa Fe/Truchas Peak area. This is, however, a very good trail map. I've hiked many of the trails listed on this NatGeo map and only have one complaint. Their trail mileage markers fall short (by a mile or more). I thought it was a GPS issue but verified it with other hikers. A Google search revealed that others have noted this issue as well with NatGeo maps.

Excellent map. Map very helpful during my recent backpacking trip to the area. Would highly recommend purchasing if you plan on hiking the area.

The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) is the sport's leading professional growth organization for coaches at all competitive levels of play. The NFCA works to formulate guiding principles, standards, and policies for conducting competitive fastpitch softball programs for girls and women. It encourages players to participate in softball with the highest tradition of competition and to become leaders in their fastpitch programs. The NFCA recognizes outstanding members through its Victory Club and Coach of the Year awards programs, in addition to All-Region, All-American, and Scholar-Athlete awards programs for members' college and high school players. The NFCA also works with USA Today to produce polls for NCAA Division I, II, and III and high school softball teams, and it hosts collegiate tournaments and recruiting camps across the nation. The NFCA headquarters are located in Louisville, Kentucky. Gayle Blevins served as head coach for Division I collegiate softball programs for 31 years, coaching at Indiana University from 1980 to 1987 and at the University of Iowa from 1988 to 2010. She brought the two teams to the Women’s College World Series seven times and never had a losing season at either university. She led her teams to eight Big Ten championships, winning five of them. She amassed 1,245 wins overall. Additionally, she has seen nearly 80 of her former players become coaches of their own teams across the nation. Blevins was named NCAA Division I Coach of the Year by the National Softball Coaches Association in 1986 when the Hoosiers finished in third place in the Women’s College World Series under her tutelage. THE SOFTBALL COACHING BIBLE: Volume II by National Fastpitch Coaches Association is an educational non-fiction/Softball/Coaching/Softball for Children. I must admit I was a little overwhelmed at first with all the information contained within these 357+ pages of knowledge, but the NFCA has put together a very comprehensive book with various areas of coaching including hitting, training and of coarse putting together a coaching staff. Volume II picks up where Volume I left off, apparently. I have not read Volume I, but found this was a very educational and informative novel. This group of talented coaches lend their coaching experience, for instruction, guidance and recommendations to every coach for every aspect of coaching a softball team. A great resource!
